Weekly Meal Plan 11/5

Fall is in full swing and with a freezer full of ground beef and roasts in the freezer meal planning is a snap!

I actually kicked of a new health regimen with 9 Round thanks to all the pasta and red wine this weekend when we went up north. Have you heard of it? It is only 30 minutes and you do 9 Rounds of stations in the gym with a trainer there. There is no set time which I LOVE. I love running in the fall but I know as it gets cold and snowy I will lose motivation. And I am very bored with the DVDs I’ve been using since the babies were born. I love it because you don’t get bored and it is a great workout. You’ll probably see me post more healthy lunches and food ideas on my Instagram since I am trying to eat well too.

Also, I am so excited to have my first weekend away since the babies were born (practically since I was pregnant with them actually!). I’m going to visit my best friend’s newborn and I am hoping to cook a lot of meals for her and leave them in her freezer.
